I expect you clearly state goals for those who look to you for leadership, advice, and comfort is noble and worthy of emulation. I pray that the LORD blesses each of us with discernment to assess our own capabilities and limitations as leaders and as servers/subordinates including family relationships. No doubt you approach life, business relationships, family activities with eyes wide open and are not easily fooled or taken advantage of. 'Therefore, be imitators of God, as beloved children. I pray that YOU bless each adopted son and daughter of God who reads or listens to this prayer with sufficient fruit of the Spirit: goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and grace. I hope you and I regularly submit our plans to the LORD and do not resist any changes HE makes to our plans, goals and agenda. YOU guide us step by step throughout our life on this earth. You prepare us through challenges and trials as YOU mature us in YOUR perfect timing. ‘Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love Him.’ [James 1:12 ESV]
LORD thank YOU for guiding and protecting us as necessary from the wiles of the enemy as YOU lead us along the narrow path that leads to eternal life. YOU are the strong man Who dwells with our soul and YOU protect us. I am grateful and amazed that YOU permit us to explore and learn. Too many go with the flow of the worldly systems. I pray for eyes to see and ears to hear for each of us. Deliver each of us from following false and deceptive dreams and visions of corrupt and foolish pied pipers. I thank YOU for sanctifying the soul of each of YOUR own individually and corporately. YOU prune our desires, goals, and even traditions which are distractions or worse for us and those we love. YOU give us hope and YOU bless each of us with new desires. I thank YOU for renewing the mind of each of throughout our life of faith in YOU. But we impart a secret and hidden wisdom of God, which God decreed before the ages for our glory.
