Boone and Ziglar are my choice today. The best is yet to come defines about everything I have ever done. Your Monday quotes lately seem to be mirroring my life and career. We are traveling more and in three weeks we are off to Hawaii. The career side- when there is a setback I have never sat idly by or treated any assignment as a defeat. I see them all as a new challenge and a new direction. Great week starter Col. Hope you had an excellent weekend. First drill in the new Med group was a success.

For 20 years the navy determined my destinations... It's not always the destinations but what you did about it when you got there( and sometimes it's the journey itself!). Not all commands are 4.0 so what did you do to upgrade them( or maintain that 4.0?)? As I heard so often...it all counts on 20! So make it worthwhile.
