Good Tuesday morning Col Burroughs and Happy Birthday to the US Marine Corps. And my RP challenges continue. Maybe I need more coffee to be more efficient?
So much of what we do is doing things better than they were done previously...be more efficient and more effective. Those great leaps of totally new ways of doing things are rare but we can all do a better job with whatever it is that we are currently doing. Remember the "doing more with less" challenge that we've all had in the military? I do think we will be seeing more of that as time goes on but I hope we keep in mind that people are not equipment and need to be taken care of/treated in a different way.
