Turkey for the sailors and marines and death and destruction of ISIS was hopefully the order of the day on Thanksgiving SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL on the USS Eisenhower. Since this is the second Thanksgiving on duty for most if not all the crew, I expect the significance of that has not been lost on them.
Hopefully next Thanksgiving the Eisenhower will be at home port and the crew will be enjoying Thanksgiving with family.
