US rapid-deployment troops arrive in Berlin for maneuvers

That is interesting news, my friend CW5 Jack Cardwell that 350 soldiers from the 1st Armored Division arrived in Berlin Tuesday March 19, 2019 as part of a group of 1,500 arriving this week.
They’re heading to Poland, where they will link up with tanks and other heavy equipment being brought in from a pre-positioned site in the Netherlands.
They will then conduct maneuvers with Polish forces."
I well remember REFORGER in the early 1980'.

Went to reforger twice. I was with the JSOC so we stayed in a guest house. I served with 8th army JTA in Korea. I also served with 7th ID out of Ft. Ord in Panama. 2nd Armor division in support of Granada. Have overseas campaign medal for Panama. I was in the Air Force.
