Thanks for sharing SSgt (Join to see) another TED talk video by management theorist Simon Sinek who suggest that it’s a good leader who makes their employees feel secure and is able to draw staffers into a circle of trust. But creating trust and safety — especially in an uneven economy — means taking on big responsibility.

Thank you for the excellent video, I served with several NCO's and officers that had their act together and stressed safety and well being, we looked out for each other like one big family, I definitely had leaders that made you feel safe.
