The human heart and soul is deceitful by nature. Even the heart regenerated by the Holy Spirit is prone to evil. Over time, for those who are the adopted sons and daughters of God, sins of commission give way to sins of omission.
Thank God that HE instantly justifies each of HIS own at salvation. Throughout our lifetime HE sanctifies us which at times in painful as our fleshly desired are mortified.
