Keep your eye on the ball, Rally Point. Keep the desired outcome in mind at all times.

But, don't neglect the details. Have a great day, everybody.

I hope you understand and appreciate that God is in control of each and every outcome in HIS creation. HE has special interest in the crown of creation which is mankind. God is working all to good in HIS perfect timing for the body of Christ and by extension to the common good for many. I pray the LORD blesses you with endurance and eyes to see the coming harvest. ‘And he said to them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Therefore, pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest. [Luke 10:2 ESV] my brother-in-Christ 1SG Steven Imerman.

I pray for the suicidal, the desperate in all circumstances, the homeless, the downtrodden and those desiring to be free from oppression throughout the USA, Canada, Mexico, central and south America. Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India, China, southeast Asia, Philippines, Australia, South and North Korea, Japan. LORD I pray that YOU perform a mighty work of deliverance in these nations. Open the eyes of the captives and lead each one to freedom of their soul first and body secondarily. I pray for reconciliation of estranged family members, repentance and forgiveness and selfless love.
For those concerned about the coming elections, I pray that we each demonstrate respect for individual people including those we may vehemently disagree with. God cares for each of us. The better things we can do is be respectful of others, not get mired in contentious discussions on peripheral issues, seek forgiveness for offenses and quickly repent if necessary, and pray for the leaders of your nation and state. 'First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgivings be made for all people, for kings and all who are in high positions, that we may lead a peaceful and quiet life, godly and dignified in every way.' [ 1 Timothy 2:1-2 ESV]
For those concerned about the health of their loved ones, I pray for wisdom and discernment for each parent, spouse and grandparent. The LORD guaranteed healing of all sin by the atonement of the Christ – that ensures our eternal righteousness before God. Here on earth God indeed provides temporary healing. (a) I was healed of shingles in 1987 and in 2008 I had a follow-on infection of that virus as post-herpetic neuralgia.
(b) God sovereignly raised my six-month-old son back to life from death on September 28, 1991. That son had had his share of illnesses and injuries and one day he will die, like each of us.
(c) God healed my wife of Lyme disease which had manifested in her knees. Synovial fluid and cartilage in her knees have deteriorated. One day she will need a knee replacement.]
In this season when most are restricted in homes, YOU are the priest of your home and YOU can intercede for healing for your own loved ones. God understands what YOU are going through and YOUR deepest desires. ‘Clothe yourselves, all of you, with humility toward one another, for “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.” Humble yourselves, therefore, under the mighty hand of God so that at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.' [1 Peter 5:6-7 ESV]
I pray that you and your family members sleep well Saturday night and will awake refreshed and healthy on Sunday morning.
By the power and authority of the Name above all names, Jesus the Christ

1SG Steven Imerman - That is something RP really needs to do - stay focused on the overall outcome. Great point Steven...

"Outcomes are based on our outlook on life and the attitude we have at the beginning of every process; if you feel that you're going to fail, mostly likely that will be the outcome; if you are positive then the outcome is most likely going to be a success. There are no guarantees in life, but with the right attitude and positive thinking you can control how you handle and feel about the outcome. Not only can you influence yourself, but you can influence others toward successful outcomes. May you always maintain that positive perspective in life; may you keep working to increase your mental and physical capabilities; and keep your family safe, secure, happy, and healthy. Always work toward the best possible results." — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

Sometimes it comes easy and other times it takes a lot of effort and the right attitude PVT Mark Zehner - in the end we need two be in charge of the results and how we handle any outcome...

Good Saturday morning Col Burroughs and Posse. There is a balance to be struck between process and outcome with positive to be gained all along the way. It does help to know what you want to have happen at the end, but it is as much about the process as the outcome. Things don't always work out as I want but I always manage to gain something from working the process.

Lt Col Charlie Brown - Thanks for sharing your perspective on the process that will eventually lead to an outcome Charlie...Thanks for the additional quotes on outcome...
