Whether it is preparing for upcoming racing cycles or maintaining your speed for military or FBI fitness tests, people are running. If you have run before, you will understand the many issues that occur when you run.

Long ago I was a runner of sorts SP5 Mark Kuzinski in sneakers as a child, in combat boots as a soldier and later running shoes in the military.
My heart condition, spine condition and more recently sciatica make it challenging to walk now - that is hard for an infantryman to deal with.
By God's grace I am learning to deal with my changing situation and be content in my circumstances while striving to do better. I pray that my friends and contacts are blessed by God to endure the race that is before them for time and eternity.

LTC Stephen F. Here's hoping you can get to a point you can take up walking or biking at a more leisurely pace. From running over the years I have slowed down to a slow steady walk and end up often feeling like I had run 5 miles in full gear, even tho I have walked 1/2 mile or so.
