VA is conducting a study about the usability of its online presence/tools. Veterans invited to share feedback to improve online user experience. Are you a veteran? A caregiver? A family member? The Department of Veterans Affairs wants to make it easier for you to explore, apply for, manage and track your VA benefits. Teams from the VA want to hear your feedback about improvements they are making to VA websites, mobile applications and website tools to ensure that these services are usable and relevant for you. Registration to participate is required. You will receive a gift for participation.

I have used the VA shortly after my medical discharge from the Navy. Since that time I have acquired excellent health care coverage that I thought that I would be taking from those in need if I used the VA. Medical. The only VA benefit that I have not used yet is my burial benefit, and I don’t plan on using that anytime soon.
