Very sad news and unconscionable that University Hospital Center's security guards had just wheeled a patient to a bus stop, and in the freezing temperatures they left her there. The only thing she had on was a hospital gown. Capt Dwayne Conyers . I concur with you that it is horrible that the hospital failed to protect a patient and she was dumped.
I am not surprised that patient dumping has been recorded in LA and Baltimore which by 60 minutes and hope that those locations can stem the activity and it does not spread to other areas.

I read this article with great sadness. When my Mom was comatose from the effects of cancer, the hospital, without notice, dumped her at my brother’s doorstep during the day with no one home. Fortunately the mailman, a friend, saw what was happening and contacted my brother who gave permission for his friend to open the house so my Mom could be taken inside. What kind of heartless people can commit to take these horrible actions?
