The dreaded resistance to change syndrome. Starts in your own mind and often leads to analysis paralysis among other great things that impede progress. I like the Keri Russell quote today- the smallest decision are sometimes the ones with the biggest impact later in life. Morning COL Mikel J. I was part of a company merger once. Terrible. My company was the buyer but we took their computer system their facility and the whole nine yards. One of the worst experiences of my life. People were elbow to elbow and they were cutting them left and right. I still don't know how I managed to hold on. I needed that job. To lose it would have been a disaster. As soon as the sale went through; talk about change and dread.

In service, business, and education I have seen a lot of stubborn people. I say stubborn because they resist any change, and they often complain about anything which causes them to leave their comfort zone. I want to be able to change things for the better, not to be stymied by discontent.
