Get the rest that you need. Sometimes it just takes a little extra. I had to ask to be allowed to go back to the barracks one day . I went straight to my bunk and slept 17 hours without waking. After that, I was feeling fine, again. I don't bounce back like that anymore, so I sleep when I can.
