I have posted Parts 1 and 2 of Special Relativity and this video deals with Part 3, adding "Length Contraction"...
As you go through this, don't worry too much about the Mathematics involved, because you don't need to do the math to understand the overall concepts... Accept the Math process and focus on the concepts, as that is what I am attempting to get you to... In an upcoming Part 4, Mass-Energy Equivalence or Einstein's famous equation E=mc2 (squared) is discussed and it will give you what you need to understand a bit more...
I will follow that video up with how one could go many times the speed of light by WARPING SPACETIME... This is conceptual and if you watched Parts 1-4, you will have the basics to understand the future possibilities... This is where it begins to get really interesting!

You are welcome, Jack and I know that this is something you probably already know or are in conceptual agreement on... As long as we keep moving forward and accepting the results of prior Mathematics and Physics results as true and accurate, then we can maintain the conceptual mindset of traveling at WARP speed... without a spacecraft ever exceeding the speed of light..., which is the concept I am building up to...

This is very familiar to me still, after decades, nuclear physics at USMA, West Point exposed me to Einstein's General and Special Relativity theories. Special Relativity is focused on the relationship between space and time. 'Albert Einstein, in his theory of special relativity, determined that the laws of physics are the same for all non-accelerating observers, and he showed that the speed of light within a vacuum is the same no matter the speed at which an observer travels. As a result, he found that space and time were interwoven into a single continuum known as space-time. Events that occur at the same time for one observer could occur at different times for another.'
Length contraction is an apparent phenomenon when an object is traveling at a different velocity than its corresponding 'at-rest frame.' This applies in Newtonian physics as well as the theory of special relativity.
Length contraction is the phenomenon that a moving object's length is measured to be shorter than its proper length, which is the length as measured in the object's own rest frame."
