Overturning Roe v Wade relinquishes the Federal Government from the abortion issue and places it back into the hands of the state legislature and the people they are being paid to represent.
Abortion is not a Constitutional Issue and the SCOTUS does Not make laws, Congress does! Maybe Congress should actually create a bill and allow it to passed into law in the manner created by Our Democratic Republic. Just my two cents SGT (Join to see). I am not anti-abortion. I am definitely against using abortion as a means of birth control.
