Latest 21st century criminal tactic is ID theft followed by delivery to the victim's home. A fake Amazon delivery driver attempts take possession of the item afterwards under the pretense of erroneous label.

After recently filling out a US Post change of residence form on line and paying an 85 cent fee, I was still required to visit an official USPO office location with two picture IDs for the address change to become valid.
