I can't imagine going through the island fighting like that. Hot, humid and insect infested. Any of the WWII battles and the men who fought them deserve our respect.

CW5 Jack Cardwell - Ground hog day for sure, but they were hard men compared to todays youth, IMO. My two military boyz are among the exceptions as today's military should be.
