Thanks for reminding us SP5 Mark Kuzinski that following the death of Ho Chi Minh the brilliant and charismatic, through brutal, leader was replaced by a "committee of leadership consisting of Le Duan, first secretary of the party; Truong Chin, member of the Politburo and chairman of the National Assembly; General Vo Nguyen Giap, defense minister, and Premier Pham Van Dong"
Management by committee tends to be problematic; but thanks to our inept and misguided policy of Vietnamization this ad-hoc committee led the North Vietnamese to victory in 1975.
