India? I can understand Vietnam inasmuch as it still has a communist government and any technology we send there is likely to end up in Russian hands for reverse engineering. But India?

I guess we could say that people can be bribed and all those countries to try to reverse-engineer our stuff. Will be funny if the s-400 missile system is a total failure. Israel make some really great stuff but you have the idiots in the green party in both the US and Canada that want to divest from anything to do with Israel even though we know Rafael Industries kicks ass on the Iron Dome and many countries want to buy it. I bet you even many Arab countries would buy it if they could but they are anti- Israel just like the green parties are. We are investing into Israeli gear because of stuff works and those anti-israel green party idiot zealots can pound sand!

The headline is a bit deceptive. His request is specific to a few "targeted" areas, not sanctions in general. This is for strategic purposes, not to give relief to Russia, as I understand the article.
