Moving Martian Clouds spotted by NASA’s Curiosity Rover on March 19, 2021

It is not just NASA's Perseverance Rover getting the attention and notoriety these days... NASA's Rover Curiosity has just spotted moving Clouds above its current location... Remember, Curiosity is in a different area of Planet Mars, Gale Crater...so the scene is totally different than Perseverance Rover's view...

NOTE: "The only active rover right now besides Perseverance is Curiosity, which was deployed in 2012. It is roughly 3,700 km (2,300 miles) away from Perseverance's landing site in Jezero Crater."

Here is what NASA had to write:

"On March 19, 2021 Curiosity Rover made series of images of Mars’ sky to register Moving Martian Clouds. There are several different angles to see the structure of cloud cover on Mars. Martian dust storms can kick up fine particles in the atmosphere around which clouds can form. Dust storms are most common during perihelion, when the planet receives 40 percent more sunlight than during aphelion. During aphelion water ice clouds form in the atmosphere, interacting with the dust particles and affecting the temperature of the Red Planet. Dust storms contribute to water loss on Mars. During the southern hemisphere spring, solar heating of dry ice deposits at the south pole leads in places to accumulation of pressurized CO2 gas below the surface of the semitransparent ice, warmed by absorption of radiation by the darker substrate."
