Education:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 5 years’ increasingly responsible experience in fundraising and marketing and communications, or equivalent experience is required.

Experience:
Experience with media relations and social media. Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, and astute listening skills including the ability to express ideas with clarity, confidence and sensitivity.

Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a variety of constituents including CEO, board members, volunteers, other EveryMind staff, volunteers, media, and donors. Knowledge and/or understanding of fund development database systems.

Must be able to organize priorities according to changing circumstances in a positive focused and timely manner.

Abilities:
A sincere interest and commitment to the importance of mental health and well-being.
