Just a comment. My Colt AR-15 A2 will fire both the 55 grain and 62 grain bullets. But the older AR's (A1's) cannot fire the 62 grain bullets because of the barrel twist. I mostly use the 55 grains at the range, cheaper.

I just took up reloading again about 1 months ago, but I did reload during my competition pistol days alot, in the 80's and 90's. I do now shoot every Sunday if I can, the beauty of reloading is, the enjoyment of tailoring your rounds and seeing the results.
Taking up reloading now, would be a good hobby when preparing before going to shoot. Now and days, reloading has gotten easier then before my active reloading days.
Here we just went back on quarantine for 14 days again, due to the Governor and Lt. Governor got the virus the past week.
So, the ranges are close for 14 days, and now I just reload ammo for the coming days of the ranges getting open.
I found out that part of shooting can be also reloading my rounds, it's something like tailoring your firearm to what you want it to be, the time you put into it is a pleasure.
The things to get into reloading are, a reloader with dies, gun power, primers, shells, bullet heads, a book on reloading to get specs for your round, weighing scale for power grains, and time. Sometimes I think its a recipe. Lol

SGT (Join to see) It's the only way to go now. The 9mm I use doubled in price, and is "unavailable.

CPL Douglas Chrysler - Yes it is that way to go, but now online 9mm bullets are out of stock, so is 223/556, 7.62, 45acp and others, I had to leave on the sites to email me when available.
There is a retired navy guy that reloads for all the gun ranges down at the tourist areas, and he told me he has 8000 bullet heads for 9mm coming in on Wednesday, and since no tourist now a days, he'll sell me 2000 bullets for my reloading.
Right now he sells his reloaded 9mm for $30 for 100 rounds, and he has alot of reloaded ammo, today, I'm going there to buy some 300 blackout.
