**Day 2 – Costa Rica – up early this morning here at Casa Buendia Puntarena Province, Costa Rica and the view from the property this morning is nothing more than breathtaking. Good morning Col Burroughs, Steve and the Posse...I too wish I were at the beach today.
The beach and even a mental image of the beach can be very healing for people. I use this image very often in building a stress reduction relaxation for people; it triggers good feelings. It's an easy image to use when you want to engage all your senses. Give it a try...close your eyes and picture it, what do you see, smell, hear, feel and taste. If you can call up all of those you can be there whenever you need a break.

Wonderful topic! Reminds me of the Mexican immigrant to California who was so happy about how friendly the locals were. They were always shouting things to him about those, "...sunny beaches!"
The picture is Kailua Beach, we were a 10 minute walk from there for several years back when I was a contractor. It's 5 o'clock somewhere, RallyPoint, get in the beach mode!
