Good Sunday evening, my friend and brother-in-Christ SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL.
Heavenly Father, YOU designed each of us to heal and YOU made the way to heal each of us from the effects of sin our life. That is the most important ailment we face and it is 100% fatal if not dealt with by YOU.
I pray that YOU will open our eyes to the harvest of souls that are in desperate need of healing from the impact of sin. Help us to be ready to give the reason for the hope that YOU birthed in us and reveal in YOUR word.
Many who are reading this are sick in the body and/or mind and others have family members stricken. I pray that YOU will pour out the blessing of healing of body and mind for each believer who reads this. I pray for their family members who are not able to read this that YOU will meet each at their point of need this season. Bless the families of YOUR adopted children with hope, love, peace, joy and reconciled relationships.
By the power and authority of the Name above all names, Jesus the Christ.

This is one of my favorite verses too SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL Another good one reminds us to transfer our load to the one who can carry it better. It is from 1 Peter chapter 5. "Humble yourselves, therefore, under the might hand of God so at the proper time he may exalt you, casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you." Maj Marty Hogan LTC Stephen F. Tempted by several of your quotes today COL Mikel J. Burroughs but thought I would add to them...
It is often hard to give ourselves the grace we need to heal. We short ourselves on joy, patience, self care and love. If we give it to others, we receive it in return and that helps us both. Reach out your hand to someone today who needs help or healing and find yourself getting better as well.

Prayers, strength from within, family, friends, and love. Common themes on how to overcome more than just illness. Being a care giver to a cancer survivor I can attest to those and how important each are to the person. Great Sunday inspiration Col.

There is nothing like finding out why we served as doing something simple like sharing a moment with someone in need, and to hear them say thank you for helping them in their time of need. It is more satisfying to share your stories with them especially if they had a loved one that served, and this is something that Beyond Valor, has allowed me to see as those that have shared their ideas with me.
