Thank you TSgt Joe C. for reminding us that on May 13, 1975 the man that launched western swing into the culture James Robert Wills died. He became best known as Bob Wills after in 1933 he formed Bob Wills and the Texas Playboys.
He was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1968
