Walker activates National Guard troops for Election Day

This is for posturing for cyber events. DHS as a whole has both active and guard forces available to them for this period.

Thats fine, Homeland Security is doing the same with the Military nationwide. Stated there will be a cyber security response if there is an attempt to hack and specifically pointed out and warned Iran, China or Russia. The problem is that China was caught submitting advertising in the Midwest targeting Soybean farmers in opposition to President Trumps Tarriffs on China. Personally, I think it was an honest misstep on China's part as other countries have done that in the past. However, China got slammed for doing it so close to an election and because they were anti-Trump even more so.
