Polish Silver Medalist in Javelin Auctions Off Medal to Pay for Boy’s Heart Surgery

Polish javelin thrower Maria Andrejczyk said “A medal is only an object, but it can be of great value to others. This silver can save lives, instead of collecting dust in a closet. That is why I decided to auction it to help sick children.” The polish convenience story Sabka Polska won the auction then told Andrejczyk to keep the medal.

Maybe they should take a knee to thank God for their ability and talents and their freedom.

They'll get their rewards and I seriously doubt that they'll like them.
