Belated thank you my friend Sgt (Join to see) for making us aware that Reiki Master, & Certified Body and Emotion Code Practitioner Kirk Poe hosted the Warriors for Life (WFL) Online Peer Group Support virtual gathering for Monday, February 21, 2022.

While suicide is a serious subject, I decided to post the theme song from MASH
Suicide Is Painless
"Michael Pesce
"I was watching a few episodes of the TV series MASH last week and thought I would cover the theme song written and composed by Johnny Mandel and Robert Altman's 14-year-old-son Michael . Robert Altman, who directed the film had two stipulations about the song for composer Johnny Mandel: it had to be called "Suicide Is Painless" and it had to be the "stupidest song ever written". Michael wrote the lyrics in 14 minutes. Despite being dark in nature and it was meant to be a farce, sung during the faux-suicide of Walter "Painless Pole" Waldowski . Suicide is certainly not something to be taken lightly. I have had some close friends and family who have found them selves in that dark place and fortunately they found their way out. If you or someone you know finds them selves in that one of those dark places please seek help."
