I got this idea a few years ago. My family has 12.5 acres so there is plenty of place for 2 maybe 3 hives. The funny part was that my father had the same idea. What is stopping the whole project is We live in Texas so swarming Africanized bees genetics are a concern as well as mites, Beatles. I have an additional obstacle of being handicapped.

SSG William Jones they've been in Texas since the late 80's. When I was at YPG, Yuma, AZ. They were a huge issue.
