This was the individual "freestyle clogging" exhibition by the Green Grass Cloggers with old time string band music by Strictly Strings from Boone, North Carolina. This was entertainment-only included in the Dance Competition hour at the end of the day.
""Strictly Strings" band is Kathleen Burnett, Willow Dillon, Anissa Burnett, Caleb Coatney, and Cecil Gurganus (Watauga JAM instructor and mentor). All these folks are from Watauga County, North Carolina which is also the location of Appalachian State University.
