Thanks SFC Joe S. Davis Jr., MSM, DSL for sharing the classic Free Bird by Lynyrd Skynyrd. In May 1975 I rode with some fellow soldiers from A Company 20th Engineer Bn Combat to Evansville, Indiana to see Lynyrd Skynyrd in concert. At times we were driving 100 mph and at one point I stuck my arm out the window and it smacked back into the frame between the front passenger seat and the back. Learned a lesson that day.
The concert was great and Lynyrd Skynyrd closed with "Free Bird" in extended jamming form.
