Respect. Something many people don't understand. We do NOT have to like each other but we should respect each other. And if you want it, you have to step up and give it. We've all had that boss that we just really would rather not have worked for. If like me, you have, you respect the rank and you do it gracefully. That way you are never in the wrong.
Is there someone who you are having difficulty with? Would finding a way or something about them you can respect, help the situation?
