Good morning COL Mikel J. Burroughs Good follow on topic to yesterday.
We become stronger by working through that which we thought we could not do. Whether it is lifting a weight one more time or trying yet again on an obstacle, each time makes us stronger both inside and out if we don't give up! Everyone's struggles are different, just as their strengths are different. Maybe yours are about focus, or staying on task. Maybe being social is tough for you. Some days getting out of bed may be the start of it. Whatever it might be, do it and Don't Give Up. Perhaps tomorrow will be easier because of the effort you put into your struggle today.
