Good morning Col Burroughs. I see your topic follows with the group tonight. They are sharing what works and what doesn't.
There is a quote that joy shared is doubled; sorrow shared is halved. That's not entirely true but it certainly goes a long way. We are social beings. We need to connect to survive. That is true physically, mentally and spiritually. This quarantine was a lesson in how being isolated is so destructive to human wellness.

Good “Thursday” Morning “Burroughs’ Posse Leader from the cool crystal clear skies of the Greater Boston Area! Currently 53° with 49% humidity and winds WNW 17 mph...and it is not going to get to 60° today... Our first real Fall day...
