Join Warriors for Life (WFL) Virtual Group Support with Reiki Master Kirk Poe this Monday evening for another awesome presentation.
Monday's Topic: "The Best and Worse of Times!"
Life is not always easy. There are times when we must look deep within ourselves to push us past adversity and believe in our own everyday power within us to get us through.
Life is tough and unpredictable. No matter how well-thought-out your plans might be, they’re bound to be disrupted at some point.
When life knocks you down, you can either bounce back up and move on or you can stay down there and live the rest of your life with resentment and regret.
If you’re going through a hard time in your life, hearing some words of inspiration can help you remember that both the ‘best and worst of times’ will soon pass.

From the opening lines of Charles Dickens’ work of 1859, A Tale of Two Cities, COL Mikel J. Burroughs! “Dickens’ best-known work of historical fiction, A Tale of Two Cities is regularly cited as the best-selling novel of all time.”
“It was the best of times, it was the worst of times, it was the age of wisdom, it was the age of foolishness, it was the epoch of belief, it was the epoch of incredulity, it was the season of Light, it was the season of Darkness, it was the spring of hope, it was the winter of despair, we had everything before us, we had nothing before us, we were all going direct to Heaven, we were all going direct the other way—in short, the period was so far like the present period, that some of its noisiest authorities insisted on its being received, for good or for evil, in the superlative degree of comparison only.”
Maj Marty Hogan
