being honest not just with other but also with yourself. Admit it when your wrong. Accept the respomsibiilkity for your avtions. I believe most of the senior NCO's I served with had integrity. isn"t it a part of the NCO Creed. I beleive integrity is owed to our subordinates as well as leaders.
Doing the right thing always...especially when no one is looking or listening!
SFC David Reid, M.S, PHR, SHRM-CP, DTM
Amn Archie Barnes-Bey Also it's important to live and act with those values that promotes respect and dignity towards others.

Lt Col Scott Shuttleworth - I agree. Follow Jesus, the best roll model that we can have.
Got to go with my college honor code: I will not Lie, Cheat, or Steal, nor tolerate those who do.
SPC Lyle Montgomery
CMSgt Marcus Falleaf - I am a republican but will have to say that not all democrats or independents are all assholes. There are several good people who happen to be democrats. Only the extreme liberal woke leftists are the problem. I would like to add that there are several RINO republicans who should be classified as assholes too.
Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen
SPC Lyle Montgomery That's telling, I would have said MAGA Republicans, the RINO Republicans are trying to stand up for what Republicans used to be. Guess we know your stance now.
SPC Lyle Montgomery
Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen - Sir, I respect your opinions on most issues but I will have to respectfully disadree on politics but I still like your posts.
CPL Sheila Lewis
I am sorry that You experienced a divorce, that can be either a character defining moment or a character splintering moment and it sounds like You chose wisely.
SFC Jim Ruether
I did what was right for my wife, children and the rest of my family. Some thought I was worrying to much and not taking my position into account. But here we are coming out of the other side to this destructive action. My kids love me, they love their mother and I have moved on.
CA Jack Gardner
Integrity to me means being honest and being able to act on that honesty regardless of the risks
Today, a lot of citizens have their definition, purpose and or meaning of what they perceive it to be.
PO3 John Berzas
It’s simple, do what you say you will do. If I say I got this you can move on to something else. Want be late no excuses take it to the bank!
Integrity brings to mind the motto of my alma mater USMA, West Point "Duty, Honor, Country"
Since I was trained as a plebe in 1976, I have tried to live up to the motto by being trustworthy, honest, scrupulous, selfless and honorable in word and deed.
Moral Courage is linked to intergrity at the hip. Standing up for others who cannot stand for themselves and treatung each person with respect

As a graduate of the USMA, this must really be a concern.

Concerned Graduates of West Point Challenge Leadership of Military Academy: Letter

Yes my friend SSG Robert Pratt I am saddened that my Alma Mater has adopted WOKE policies in the past couple of years. The mandatory Critical Race Theory teaching and linking across the variety of school courses affected has been a great concern to many. Where I live in loudoun County te school board had adopted CRT and thankfulyy the last election results in Virginia have turned things around - with parents able to reason with administrators withour being ridiculed.
Three retired U.S. military officers—LTG Thomas McInerney, USAF; MG Paul Vallely, U.S. Army; and Colonel Andrew O’Meara Jr., U.S. Army—signed a letter authored by “Concerned Graduates of West Point and The Long Gray Line,” protesting against mandatory vaccinations, CRT classes, sanitary conditions, progressive political activism, and other “woke actions,” in the military academy.
“The Long Gray Line” refers to the continuum of graduates United States Military Academy at West Point, New York.

LTC Stephen F. - I agree with your assesment and honor your service at West Point. A lot of us never went to college or stayed in the service for a career. However we have intregrity Too. You do not have to be a graduate of a prestigious university or a career military person to have integrity. I have been married to the same woman for almost 50 years and raised 4 kids. I am catholic and go to church and practice my faith. This whole theme seems to be for those who went to prestidious universities or made a career of the military. Of course these people have intregrity but a lot of us ordinary folk have it too. Just putting in my 2 cents worth.
Integrity means honesty first to yourself, proud, available to help. Choosing to do the right thing even if it is not the popular thing. Admitting when you do something wrong and striving to fix the problem.
