China has needled India yet again. This time over His Holiness the Dalai Lama's birthday celebrations in Ladakh. Officials have confirmed to CNN-News18 that on July 6, Chinese army entered the Indian territory in Demchok with banners and objected to locals celebrating His Holiness the Dalai Lama's birthday. The question is whether the religious freedom of Tibetan Buddhism is under attack by the Chinese political leadership in India or whether these incursions into India by the PLA are pinpricks in the name of religion, or perhaps the PLA is trying to probe a fresh angle of engagement with India, since India has matched the PLA in the high altitudes separating the Union Territory of Ladakh from China Occupied Kashmir (COK) better known as Aksai Chin. Is this a new threat to India?
Pakistan has also upped the ante of plotting terror attacks using ISI-trained militants from launch pads across the Line of Control in POK (Pakistan Occupied Kashmir) to cause chaos in the Kashmir Valley and ignite the separatists to wage a war in India against Articles 370 and 35A that allowed separatists free reign of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh pulling resources from both India and Pakistan to fill their coffers. India had little grip on Kashmir Valley and Ladakh, since the Separatists formed a parallel Parallel Government of J&K to that of India and Pakistan. This power and wealth all ceased after India abolished Articles 370 and 35A of the Indian Constitution. Pakistan calls India's decision to dissolve Articles of the Constitution of India arbitrary and wants India to repeal its decision to dissolve Articles 370 and 35A of the Indian Constitution, which India has made clear that parliamentary affairs is an internal matter and neighbors must respect the sovereignty of India. Can Pakistan interfere in the decisions of India, if such decisions are about its own land and people?

Thank you my friend CPT Gurinder (Gene) Rana for sharing yet another example of Chinese hegemony. On July 6, Chinese army entered the Indian territory in Demchok with banners and objected to locals celebrating His Holiness the Dalai Lama's birthday celebrations in Ladakh.

Thirty minutes of a small mixed contingent of Chinese entering Demchok to object to the Dalai Lama and his Birthday celebration. This is a provocation by China on Indian soil and India didn't even touch that carrot. India is clear on China's intent, but India won't cave.

I have two Indian Grocers who I talk to all the time. One is Sikh and the other is Muslim. Both agree that if India gets involved in defending Taiwan during a people's Liberation Army Invasion, Pakistan would attack India as an ally of China. You are indian-american as well. Do you agree with this opinion of those two men?

No Sir, I disagree.
The squeeze is on as we speak, yet in between the facade of support from China there is a sliver of light for India and Pakistan developing a fresh relationship. Pakistan has understood that China made it a subset of itself; Pakistan has become a puppet regime of China, as long as Pakistan remains indebted to China. Pakistan will never dare to attack India or draw India into another war along the LoC.

It was India who was shocked by the PLA. Small numbers of Chinese handled numerically superior Indians
