Andrew Basiago claims he was involved in a CIA/DARPA time travel program called “Project Pegasus,” (1969-1972) with the main purpose being to gather intelligence from past and future world events.
Subsequent to his involvement in Project Pegasus, Basiago states that from 1980 to 1984, he was recruited into a second CIA-led project that involved the use of teleportation technology for travel to Mars. “Jump Rooms” led to him and others traveling to the Red Planet on multiple occasions, witnessing indigenous life on Mars as well as secret bases there.
Participants in this secret program were given special assignments later. There are others who speak of the same things Andrew Basiago talks about.

LTC Stephen F. Basiago is so articulate and can give out so many details, that he's very plausible to me. I, like many rational Americans, realize the government has hidden numerous dark projects from Americans for many decades.

Lt Col Timothy Cassidy-Curtis I never really got into the ST: Enterprise series, so you’ll forgive me if I never saw that episode.
However, on ST: NG, there is one fascinating episode where they encounter temporal distortions resulting from a scientist’s experiment gone awry. The final scene shows different temporal versions of Data guiding each other as he applies the solution to the distortion. Very imaginative!
