Thank you my friend and sister-in-Christ Lt Col Charlie Brown for honoring my friend Loudoun County judge Jim Plowman. He served as a commonwealth attorney for Loudoun County for 16 years [2004-2019] before he was selected to be a Judge on the Circuit Court of 20th Judicial District — which includes Loudoun, Fauquier, and Rappahannock counties.
I voted for him to be county attorney each election along with my darling wife.

Bronx-raised Loudoun County Commonwealth Attorney Buta Biberaj personally prosecuted dad Scott Smith, 48, who told the local school board that his daughter was assaulted in a restroom by a boy who considers himself a "transgender female," has ties to far-left activist and donor George Soros and Terry McAuliffe, the Democrat nominee for Virginia governor. Thankfully Glen Younkin was elected as Virginia Governor in 2021

1. Commonwealth Attorney Jim Plowman 2004-2019. He is a friend of mine and I and my darling wife voted for him each time he came up for election as Commonwealth Attorney
2. Commonwealth's Attorney Buta Biberaj (D.) backed by the progressive billionaire George Soros.
Buta Biberaj supported Critical Race Theory and jailed dad Scott Smith, who stood up for his teenage daughter who was raped by a transgender wannabe and tried to prosecute him.
3. Judge Jim Plowman serves on the Circuit Court of 20th Judicial District — which includes Loudoun, Fauquier, and Rappahannock counties.
4. In 2016, Jim Plowman, the Commonwealth Attorney for Loudoun County, has asked the Governor for the names of convicted felons who have registered to vote in Loudoun because he has concerns about them being selected for jury duty.
“It’s insulting to victims,” Plowman said, “especially in very sensitive cases, to have someone who has committed that crime sit in judgment of the person who has wronged you. I don’t think it’s fair for a child victim if I’ve got a sex offender sitting on the jury.”
According to the Governor 5,000 former felons have registered to vote since the Governor pardoned 206,000 of them on April 22nd.  The Governor is refusing to give the Commonwealth Attorney the names of those felons who have registered to vote.  Spokesmen for the Governor called Plowman’s request a “political ploy”. (As if the pardon of 206,000 felons in one fell swoop was anything other than a political ploy to help Hillary in November.)  Once a felon has registered to vote he is eligible to sit on a jury. Governor McAuliffe has refused to give Jim Plowman the names of felons, despite his freedom of Information Request, with the excuse that the information constitutes the Governor’s “working papers” and therefore excluded from FOIA requests.

Virginia Judge Kicks Soros Prosecutor Off Case for Concealing Criminal Records

Background from {[freebeacon.com/democrats/soros-prosecutor-botches-another-case-frees-second-murder-suspect-in-a-month/]}
A Virginia prosecutor backed by the progressive billionaire George Soros botched yet another homicide case, freeing a second murder suspect in less than a month.
Loudoun County judge James Plowman said the office of Commonwealth's Attorney Buta Biberaj (D.) "exhibited a phenomenal series of missteps" while prosecuting a delivery driver charged with conspiracy to commit murder. Biberaj's office was delinquent in providing defense attorneys with evidence and subpoenas for expert witnesses, prompting Plowman to dismiss the case last week, the Loudoun Times-Mirror reported.
The bungled murder case is the latest misstep by the Soros-backed prosecutor. Biberaj's office in October mistakenly released a man charged with murder who fled to Georgia before he was caught by police. Plowman—who served as the county's commonwealth's attorney from 2004 to 2019—this year took the rare step of pulling Biberaj from two cases, one of which involved her office's attempt to "sell" a plea agreement by concealing past robbery charges.
Soros's Justice and Public Safety PAC contributed over half-a-million dollars to Biberaj's 2019 campaign. She is among three other progressive prosecutors who that year ousted veteran prosecutors in Northern Virginia, along with Fairfax County's Steve Descano (D.) and Arlington County's Parisa Dehghani-Tafti (D.).

Suspended Virginia teacher reinstated after comments about transgender students
A Loudoun County teacher who was placed on administrative leave after he made comments saying he would not call transgender students by their chosen pronouns, has been granted reinstatement by a judge.
[My friend James Plowman, Jr] my wife and I voted for him each time he was up for relection as Commonwealth Attorney for Loudoun County from 2003 to 2019 [he served from 2004 to 2019 before he was selected to replace as Circuit Court of 20th Judicial District Circuit Court of 20th Judicial District
Judge James Plowman Jr. wrote in his order that Leesburg Elementary physical education teacher Tanner Cross' "speech and religious content" were central to his decision and ordered LCPS to immediately reinstate the teacher to his prior position.
Cross sued the school system after he spoke out against LCPS's policy (8040) that would require LCPS staff to "allow gender-expansive or transgender students to use their chosen name and gender pronouns that reflect their gender identity without any substantiating evidence, regardless of the name and gender recorded in the student’s permanent educational record."
