I see it as less of a problem than the one we have on the Mexican border SP5 Mark Kuzinski although still a problem. I think the way they are coming across the ocean, they are more desperate than the Mexicans. Thanks for sharing.

This is interesting news SP5 Mark Kuzinski. Since Raul Castro has demonstrated that he much worse than his evil brother Fidel, I expect the uptick in people fleeing the island is based on fears of what he will do now that he is in power.
Capt Seid Waddell From what I understand anybody who makes it to shore will not be sent back to Cuba or whatever other Caribbean nation they are fleeing from.
The USCG is simply doing its job to stop people and stuff from entering this nation illegally.
I concur with SFC William Farrell's comment that Cuban migration is much less of a threat than those coming in via Mexico from that nation and elsewhere illegally.
