I had hoped that each and every California National Guardsman's debt would have been relieved in the Congressional action SP5 Mark Kuzinski. I understand it takes time but I would have hoped the legislation would be sufficient cover for debt relief for each of them - it is sad that "between 1,000 and 2,000 cases total out of the universe of 17,000 that are subject to review." I hope that each and very case is reviewed and debt relief will be provided this year.

Should not be that difficult. Bonus payments in the Guard are managed by someone that has little knowledge/training on federal dollars. Used to hate auditing the program.
