Been accused many times of not having any heart- my grandkids would tell you otherwise. Learning to forgive others is a great first step to softening your heart. Happy Monday Col.

Been there and accused of same. After 47 years I finally got into PTSD help at the VA. Between the counseling and the "happy pills", I am mellowing out. It's been a little over 2 years now and my family and others have commented on the difference.
