Good “Wednesday & Hump Day” Morning “Burroughs’ Posse Leader from the deep blue crystal clear skies of the Greater Boston area where we are coming out of the cold for a few days, going up to about 50° today, but currently 34° with a slight breeze and a humidity of 48%... warming up through Friday... sounds like a great weather "Outcome"!

“Outcome Day!” Why Not?

1) "It is our attitude at the beginning of a difficult task which, more than anything else, will affect its successful outcome." - William James

2) "The POSITIVE THINKER sees the INVISIBLE, feels the INTANGIBLE, and achieves the IMPOSSIBLE." - Winston Churchill

3) "You can't live a positive life with a negative mind and if you have a positive outcome you have a positive income and just to have more positivity and just to kind of laugh it off." - Miley Cyrus

4) "The greater the prevalence of positive thoughts, the more likely you are to receive a positive outcome." - Robert Collier

5) "Don't obsess over risks. Keep your focus on positive outcomes." - Deepak Chopra

It is pretty clear that positive thinking tends to create positive outcomes, but that is not all leaders need, so remember this:

“Vision, passion, and action are the influence and inspiration over individuals that a leader needs to achieve any mission.” — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs

I agree Kerry. Waking up and deciding to welcome the dawn with a smile always makes my day a joyful one.

Positive thoughts are key to life. This morning I was playing golf and I have been having difficulty with 3 foot putts, normally not an issue. This morning as I set up my first thought was "gee I am having difficulties with these putts." Does anyone need to know what I did all day long, missed four of those puppies. Be positive in life.

I expect you realize that physical death is the outcome of the life of every creature, plant and human being on earth. Of course, eternal spiritual death is infinitely worse than physical death – yet that is the desire of everyone who rejects God throughout life. Those of us with a personal relationship with God are ensured to be blessed with eternal life with God. 'in hope of eternal life, which God, who never lies, promised before the ages began and at the proper time manifested in his word through the preaching with which I have been entrusted by the command of God our Savior' [Titus 1:2-3 ESV] my brother-in-Christ Sgt (Join to see).

The outcome of work should be appropriate pay and benefits for those who labor with their physical strength as well as those who use their mind or speaking abilities primarily.
The outcome of raising children in the admonition of the LORD in a household of parents who are both adopted children of God who love each other is reasonably expected to be significantly better than other variants. ‘Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.’ Ephesians 6:4 ESV]
Thankfully the LORD rewards each person who places trust in HIM equally whether we come to salvation as children or on our deathbed. ‘But he replied to one of them, ‘Friend, I am doing you no wrong. Did you not agree with me for a denarius? Take what belongs to you and go. I choose to give to this last worker as I give to you. Am I not allowed to do what I choose with what belongs to me? Or do you begrudge my generosity?’ So the last will be first, and the first last.” [Mathew 20:13-16 ESV]
As far as corruption and fraud in human elections, the LORD sees all and HE allows the wicked to triumph for a season as we have observed over the recent days in this nation. Those who support unfettered induced abortion at all stages of gestation are examples of morally corrupt individuals. 'Surely oppression drives the wise into madness, and a bribe corrupts the heart. Better is the end of a thing than its beginning, and the patient in spirit is better than the proud in spirit. [Ecclesiastes 7:7-8]

Good morning Col Burroughs. We are still waiting for the outcome of this election. What is interesting to note is just how many people voted this time, far outstripping expectations.
We cannot control the outcome of situations. What we can do is decide how we will respond to what happens. May we all keep our heads and behave like civilized beings regardless of the decisions that are reached. That is true not just of this election but of other decisions in our lives as well.

Well said.
No matter how the outcome turns out, we as Soldiers still have to obey the CMDR of the Military.
We may not respect the person but we need to tolerate and respect
the person giving the orders.

"Outcomes provide us with information, lessons learned, and feedback on how we’re doing with any project, goal, or objective. May always work toward your outcomes with passion and self-motivation; you’re always responsible for the effort you put forth and the outcome you receive; may you always have a positive attitude when you’re working toward possible outcomes; may you have the fortitude and patience to wait for certain outcomes in the future; may you always have a clear mind, strong body, and pure soul; and keep you family safe, secure, happy, and healthy. Worrying won’t change your outcomes, so always have an optimistic outlook on life." — COL (Ret) Mikel Burroughs
