Every cell in your body needs iodine for proper function. Look for the signs in this video and make sure you're getting enough iodine in your diet.

I had a few of those signs but my doctor found in my annual exam and blood workup that I have thyroid problems. Evidently that has something to do with iodne . I take a pill with breakfast now and we'll see what happens.

A person does not have to have all 9 of the symptoms per se. My feet were extremely dry (Bottoms & Heels), very similar to extreme winter exposure, cracking, and chunking apart. As well three doctors had no answer for the sore on the back of my neck erupting clear sticky fluid.
I then bought Activated Nascent Tri-Iodine and have been taking it (Half a dropper in the morning & Half a dropper at night) for 5 days now and my feet are no longer splitting apart and wanting to bleed. As well as the sore on the back of my neck has closed and the swelling has dissipated 90%.
I'm very happy with the results and here is the weirdest part. The Activated Nascent Tri-Iodine tastes good. Not sure if that is normal or not, but hay,,, I'm not bitchen.

PO3 (Join to see) - I watched a couple of his vids, and they are pretty good. I have similar problems with my feet. I have been soaking them in vinegar, epsom salt and liquid fabric softener. Works for a while but comes back. I am going to try this iodine stuff !!! Thanks buddy. (Is that an old school Army OD Green blanket?)

LT Brad McInnis - The one I was issued from the Navy. Blended Wool, the tag is so worn I can not make out much of it. It is an OD Green Blanket. It has seen NJ, VA, and two Med Cruises.

Damn... I think I have low Iodine maybe. Being fat along with eating right. Yeah I gotta start doing that last one. But I have 7 out of 9 or is it 9 out of 7 not sure my brain is foggy.
