Sexual assault which is how I would consider the actions of this logistics officer when he 'motorboated' a female soldier being promoted to Sergeant at a promotion ceremony in Jordan in May 2021. [I had never heard the term motorboat used in this context before.]

Louisiana Army National Guard officer Capt. Billy Crosby, with the 256th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, was deployed to Joint Training Center Jordan, at the time of this incident. He was sentenced to 30 days in the brig and allowed to retire with benefits.
No doubt he had sufficient time in service to retire since he was commissioned in 1989 after being an enlisted soldier [and participated in the 1989 invasion of Panama.]

It is noteworthy to me that the "The Louisiana National Guard allowed an officer to retire with benefits after a misconduct scandal on an overseas deployment.
The officer struck a deal that erased the abusive sexual contact charge. He pled guilty to assault consummated by battery — a non-sexual offense — and conduct unbecoming, records reveal.
The Army Times reported prosecutors described the practice of “motorboating” as “when a person places his or her face between a [woman]’s breasts and shakes his or her head back and forth while making sounds resembling a boat motor.”

PO3 Edward Riddle
Thank You Brother Steve for this article and explanation. I too had never heard this term before. The story line goes way back though. Officers get less punishment, but they also get more medals and higher ones .

SSgt. Voye, it's called double standards have seen this in both of my careers, military and law enforcement. Sad, and this is always going to happen. Just hope the numbers go down.
P.S and brother your right.
