Good morning, Rallypoint. Today's Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD) is titled "Curiosity at Teal Ridge." The Curiosity Rover landed on Mars just over seven years ago (August 6, 2012). Based on the evidence collected by Curiosity, the area where this photo mosaic was taken (Teal Ridge) is believed to be an ancient lakebed. Tracks left by the rover are seen on the right going back into the distance.
