Good Late Afternoon/Early Evening my RP Brothers and Sisters!!!
Today I spent from 11:00 AM to 2:30 PM Plus the Travel time to the VA Hospital/Clinic at The West Roxbury, MA Branch to see my PCP meet with the VOlunteer Services Manager and to see my Rheumatologist for two Cortisone Shots in my knees... Not fun, but wanted to get these out of the way before I head South for the Winter! I can't wait! That said, for my Last Music Interlude for today, I selected two songs... one now, by Beautiful Lara Fabian and one I am not sure about quite yet, but it will follow! Hope the shots work on the knees, I finally replaced the left one in July. Shots no longer did anything. By the way, nice song!!!

Sgt (Join to see) - I had absolutely NO pain, the next morning they walked me 500 feet and climbed two flights of stairs. The shooting nerve pains still are active tho.

I go along with SSgt Bates. I got the shots in my hip for 3 or 4 years had the hip replaced Dec 7 out of the hospital in 2 days on to PT, the 20 on Jan on our way to SC and 2 week road trip using just a cane as needed. 11 months later no pain and able to do what I want. Don't mess around with the shots, get it fixed
