Good morning, Rallypoint. Today's Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD) is titled "Saturn Behind the Moon." This image shows our Moon about to eclipse Saturn (look to the upper right), and was taken from Sydney, Australia (Hi Cynthia Croft!). The image was a single shot lasting only 1/500th of a second, later processed to better highlight both the Moon and Saturn.
