Good morning, Rallypoint. Today's Astronomy Picture of the Day is titled "Venus and Jupiter on the Horizon." Taken in Spain two days ago, Venus and Jupiter (on right) adorn this view of a Catalonian sunset. Jupiter will sink lower into the sunset horizon with each subsequent night, while Venus will rise higher. The next Jupiter-Venus conjunction will occur in early 2021.
